What VoicedIn does

VoicedIn turns your voice notes into LinkedIn post drafts, lets you edit them, and publishes the ones you choose to your own LinkedIn feed. It also tracks your posting streak and history.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use VoicedIn.
• You sign in with your own LinkedIn account and grant VoicedIn permission to publish on your behalf. You can remove that permission at any time from your LinkedIn settings.
• Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on it.
• Your use of LinkedIn through VoicedIn must also follow LinkedIn’s own terms and policies.

Your posts are yours

You own your recordings, transcripts and posts. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run VoicedIn: transcribing, drafting, storing and publishing them when you ask.

You are responsible for what you publish. Drafts are produced with the help of AI from what you said, and can contain mistakes. Always read a draft before posting it. VoicedIn never publishes anything without you pressing the post button.

Acceptable use

Don’t use VoicedIn to:

• publish anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing or misleading;
• impersonate someone else or post on an account that isn’t yours;
• spam, or break LinkedIn’s rules on automated or bulk activity;
• infringe anyone else’s rights;
• probe, disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access it by automated means.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Fair use

To keep VoicedIn fast and affordable, and to protect everyone’s LinkedIn accounts from spam, each account can make up to 20 recordings, 40 post drafts (regenerating included) and 10 LinkedIn posts in any 24 hours. That’s far more than a daily posting habit needs. If you reach a limit, the app tells you when you can continue.

Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends.
• To keep recording after the trial, choose a plan: $11 per month or $99 per year (US dollars, plus any tax shown at checkout).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Settings, under Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Your price stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break. We may change prices for new subscriptions, and will give at least 30 days’ notice before any change applies to you.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller of record for your purchase. Its terms also apply to your payment.
• Earlybird offer: the first 100 subscribers who use code LAUNCH50 on the annual plan get 50% off every annual renewal, for as long as that subscription continues without a break. It doesn’t apply to the monthly plan, and ends if the subscription is cancelled and later restarted. Once 100 codes are used, the offer closes.
• Payments are non-refundable, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Without a trial or active subscription you can still sign in and see your history, drafts and streak, and publish drafts you already have.

Availability and changes

We work to keep VoicedIn running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. VoicedIn depends on services we don’t control, including LinkedIn. If LinkedIn changes or limits its API, some features may stop working. We may change or improve features over time.

Ending your account

You can stop using VoicedIn at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing sarangbhirad@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut VoicedIn down, we will give you reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and liability

VoicedIn is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about results, such as engagement on your posts, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to VoicedIn is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply. Continuing to use VoicedIn after that means you accept the new terms.
